Meet Dr. Ryan Plewe
Dr. Plewe’s true calling revealed itself during his three-year orthodontic residency at UCLA, where he was one of only seven residents chosen. He found joy in witnessing the transformation of patients as their smiles and confidence blossomed with straightened teeth. Dr. Plewe remains at the forefront of orthodontic advancements, actively participating in the American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
Beyond his dedication to orthodontics, Dr. Plewe’s life revolves around his family. He and his wife have shared 13 wonderful years together, raising three beautiful children: Justin (11), Garrett (9), and Heidi (6).
When he’s not crafting beautiful smiles, you’ll find Dr. Plewe immersed in his other passions. A die-hard basketball and football fan, he faithfully supports the Utah Jazz and U of U football teams. His love for sports extends to attending baseball games and playing golf. He also enjoys the serenity of snow skiing, the thrill of hiking, the tranquility of fishing, and the rejuvenation of beachside getaways and travel adventures.

My name is Melissa and I will happily help you schedule appointments when you come to see Dr. Plewe. I love getting to watch our wonderful patients smile transformations. I have been privileged enough to work in the orthodontic field for 27 years in various positions throughout the office. I have been married for 22 years and I have three AMAZING teenagers. When you stop at my desk I may spoil you with a cookie!

Hello Friends! My name is Monika. I am a graduated from Carrington College where I received my Associates of Science in Dental Assisting. I have been an RDA for seven years and have been working in the Orthodontic field for three years. My favorite part in working with Orthodontics is seeing our patient’s confidence grow from the beginning to the end of their treatment. I absolutely cannot go a day without a cup of coffee to keep me energized and smiling! My favorite thing to do outside of the office is visiting local coffee shops and reading a fun mystery book.

Hi, I’m Jenny. I have been working as an orthodontic assistant for 18 years. I love my job and find it very rewarding to help create beautiful smiles. I also love to see patients feel more confident and happy with their smile. I recently moved to Orangevale from the Peninsula in the Bay Area. Some of my favorite hobbies are being in the outdoors hiking and fishing. I also love cooking for my loved ones and serving in my community.

Lori has many years of experience in the orthodontic field and has a gift of making our new patients feel at home. She is a “people person” and loves getting to know new people and explaining the many aspects of treatment and insurance benefits. She and her husband Brock live in Folsom and love spending time with family, cooking and wine tasting.
